If you want to leave your luggage after 10:00 am, you can do it in the common room, under the stairs.

You can find a hairdryer in the living room, on the shelf. (Please put it back there as soon as you finished using it.)

If you’re out of toilet paper, just open the “Extra Stuffs” drawer in the kitchen.

You can leave excess food on the "FREE" self in the kitchen, or in the "FREE" shelf in the fridge.

In the living room you will find shelves for the previous guest’s excess shower gels, shampoos etc.

Guests are permitted to enter public rooms and booked sleeping room only. Illegal actions in the hostel are strictly prohibited. Smoking is disabled in the guest rooms of the hostel. Based on Act XLI. of 2011. Guest must pay the penalty on official control if smoke in public areas of the hostel. Please turn off all electric devices (including the air conditioner) and close all windows before leaving the hostel. The hostel staff is permitted to enter the guest’s room. Guests can access the Internet by computer located in sitting room, or they can use Local Area Network either by wire or by WiFi network. Illegal internet activity on the computer is strictly prohibited! If there are any problems please contact the hostel staff immediately. In case of an emergency, please contact the police by dialing 107, the fire department by dialing 105, or the ambulance by dialing 104. The general Emergency phone number is 112. Guests are free to use all items and utensils located in the public rooms. Please clean all items after use! Guests must not disturb other hostel guests and residents of the building! Guest keeps the hostel rules, which put in rooms and reception. Hostel is not responsible for guest's valuables placed in the room. Smaller valuables (watch, piece of jewelry) can be placed in the hostel’s safe. Public areas may be video recorded. Only paying guests are permitted in the hostel. If the cameras in the public rooms record the arrival of visitor(s) entering the hostel, then the guests will be removed from the hostel with the police with immediate effect, regardless of the number of days that have already been paid for, and no compensation will be returned. Guests are fully responsible for all accidents which happen in the hostel or on the hostel's premises. Check out time from the hostel is 10 AM. You can leave the room by then or BEFORE this. Ask the staff about the possibility of leaving later. The staff or the third party commissioned by them are entitled to enter the room after the check-out time and start the cleaning process immediately. The person booking the room is responsible for all registered guests they bring with them. Guest MUST HAVE enough money on his/her card account. Otherwise, within the cancellation period (one week before arrival), the accommodation provider is entitled to cancel the reservation without further warning. Local tourist tax must be paid based on 38/2010 local Tourist Tax regulation and Act C of 1990 On Local Taxes. Tourist tax included in booking price. The guests agree that Hungarian law (Hungarian civil code) is the applicable governing law to resolve all legal disputes, regardless of country of citizenship or origin.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We only use your email address from our side to discuss your arrival time and post your invoice. We do not give your email address to 3rd parties. We must collect data for the local mayors office based on the local regulation 38/2010. (XII.21.) These data are the guest's - name, birth name - birth place, birth date - home address - passport or ID card number, student ID - signature We must also collect statistical data for the government based on the 235/2019. RETURN POLICY, CANCELLATION POLICY

The the total amount of the reservation is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation. They are non-refundable. Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival time, otherwise the total accommodation will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, then the same rule applies.
